The Greek chapter of the European Law Students’ Association (ELSA Athens) is organizing a two-day academic conference titled “Law and Entrepreneurship in the Digital Age” on Friday, March 13, and Saturday, March 14, 2026.
The event will be held at the Athens Zafolia Hotel and will address issues related to civil, commercial, EU, and public law that arise from the continuous development of technology and the concurrent intensification of digitalization in the world of transactions.
The conference aims to highlight how digitalization affects and reshapes business activity, as well as the challenges it poses for legal science and the application of law.
Through thematic sessions and presentations by distinguished academics and established professionals from the legal and business sectors, contemporary issues concerning market operations in the digital age will be examined, with opportunities for meaningful interaction with the audience.
The conference aspires to create a space for productive dialogue between the academic community, legal professionals, and students, contributing to the understanding of developments shaping the future of entrepreneurship in a digital environment.
Participation in the conference requires completion of the registration form and payment of the participation fee (8 to 12 euros). Certificates of attendance will be provided to all participants.
