The military parade in Athens for March 25th is taking place right now, attended by the President of the Hellenic Parliament, Konstantinos Tasoulas, the Prime Minister, Kyriakos Mitsotakis, military leadership, and representatives of the political world.
The parade features the Armed Forces, the Security Corps, military academies, special units, and the Evzones of the Presidential Guard. During the parade, fighter jets and helicopters will fly over the capital’s sky.

The center of Athens has been filled with people from early in the morning who want to watch the military parade and honor the Armed Forces.

The official ceremonies of the day started early, with a 21-gun salute fired from the Lycabettus artillery at 06:21, followed by the official flag-raising at the Acropolis’ Sacred Rock at 08:00.
