KLM cancels 160 flights due to rising fuel costs

The cancellations concern flights scheduled for next month and affect less than 1% of total European flights

The Dutch airline KLM announced today that it will cancel 160 European flights next month due to rising fuel costs.

The Dutch arm of the Air France–KLM group said the cancellations affect less than 1% of its total European flight schedule. KLM also stated that it is not facing any shortage of aviation fuel.
