The Deputy Minister to the Prime Minister, George Mylonakis, has returned to Greece after undergoing treatment at a rehabilitation center in Germany, following a brain aneurysm rupture he suffered on April 15.
“German doctors did what they had to do, and they did it well — without taking anything away from the Greek doctors, because George Mylonakis was fortunate to be at Evangelismos Hospital with a very good medical team,” said Stamatina Tsimtsili, relaying the news.
She added that “George Mylonakis is now in Greece, in a rehabilitation center.”
According to her, “things are getting better, and those who are well informed say that everything could be fine very soon.”
She also addressed his wife, Tina Messaropoulou, jokingly saying: “Get ready for religious tourism, we’ve made so many vows and promises.”
