Nine years have passed since the death of Konstantinos Mitsotakis on May 29. Kyriakos Mitsotakis, after taking part in a panel at the Economist conference and leaving the event venue, was asked about his father.

“We think of him constantly and we miss him… every day,” Kyriakos Mitsotakis told Politica’s camera.

This brief remark carried strong emotional weight, as the day remains particularly significant for the Mitsotakis family, as well as for many within the political party who were connected personally and politically with the former prime minister.
