The Saint Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church and National Shrine at the World Trade Center is calling on volunteers to take part in its upcoming Midnight Run outreach program on Sunday, June 14, offering support and companionship to individuals experiencing homelessness in New York City.
The initiative brings together members of the community to prepare and distribute meals, providing both practical assistance and a message of compassion to those in need. Volunteers will gather at the Shrine from 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. to prepare meals before heading out to distribute them from 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Organizers encourage individuals, families, and groups to participate in this meaningful act of service. The program reflects the Church’s ongoing commitment to helping vulnerable members of society and fostering a spirit of generosity and solidarity.
Additional Midnight Run dates are scheduled for July 19, August 23, September 20, October 18, and November 15.
