Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis met on Monday at the Maximos Mansion with Saddam Haftar, Deputy Commander of the General Command of the Libyan National Army.
During the meeting between the Libyan official and the prime minister, the two sides reaffirmed the historic ties between Greece and Libya and discussed ways to strengthen cooperation, particularly in the fields of the economy and investment.
They also discussed the shared challenge of irregular migration and the need to further enhance cooperation on migration issues.
The issue of maritime boundary delimitation was also raised, along with the prospect of future discussions on the matter.
