• The building consisted of seven apartments. Search operations are underway in the rubble for any trapped individuals.
• According to initial information, the collapse happened during construction work at the neighboring building, and during excavation the foundations of the collapsed building were allegedly undermined.
• Five people have been taken in for questioning: four workers and the owner of the neighboring construction site.
• Strong forces of the Fire Service and the 1st EMAK special disaster response unit are operating at the scene, with two specially trained search and rescue dogs. Nearby EMAK units have also been placed on high alert to assist if needed.
