The Spanish court ordered the immediate release of the 5 year old child’s parents. Parents face prosecution for taking their son from the hospital where he was hospitalized without the approval of doctors.

Shortly earlier the British authorities had cancel the arrest warrant had been issued against the couple. The parents were arrested last Saturday in southern Spain.

Judicial source from Madrid said that since London withdrew the charges, the court that hears cases on issues from other countries decided “not to wait until tomorrow but to inform the parents of their immediately release”.

The prosecution intended anyway to request the release of the parents at a hearing scheduled for tomorrow, Wednesday, whereas Brett King and his wife Nagkemech acted for the child’s best interest, when they took him from the hospital in Southampton in southern England without the permission of doctors.
