A 4.1 Richter earthquake was reported north of the island of Skiathos at 17:48 on Thursday afternoon.
According to the Geodynamic Institute of Athens, the epicentre of the earthquake is located 39 kilometres north of Skiathos. The tremor had a focal depth of 15 kilometres.
