A six-hour siege in which two women, one Greek, were held at gunpoint inside Victoria’s Freaky Tiki cafe has ended after the gunman, aged 69 gave himself up to the police.

Officers were called to the Rye area cafe, 80km south of Melbourne at 7.45 a.m. on Saturday.
