According to Mr Themistocles Bakas, managing director of real estate services network E-Real Estates, prices are on the same level compared to 2013 showing a rise or fall by 10-15% depending on the region, while compared to 2008, prices fell by 30% – 50%.

The rental price for October dropped by 30-40% compared to June.

The weekly rental prices for Mykonos, Santorini, Ionian Islands (Zakynthos, Corfu), Sivota, Halkidiki, Milos are higher especially for the high season months, July and August, reaching or even exceeding 3,000 euros. In some cases, though, the rental price reaches 10,000 to 15,000 per day.
