“Qatar Airways” head of company Mr. Akbar Al Baker seems to be the fear and terror of workers. According to the German newspaper “Bild”, he obliges employees before start to work for the company to sign an anachronistic policy.

The 52year old powerful man is also the head of Qatar airport. He had the bright idea … to draw up a contract which employees are required to sign if they want to work in “Qatar Airways”. The commands that the employs are called to faithfully follow are:

– Women should not get pregnant for the next five years. Where an employee becomes pregnant must directly leave from work.

– If they want to get married, they will have to get the company’s consent.
– In addition, women should not be placed in public with men who are not relatives (father or brother) fiance or husband..

– Employees should not post photos on Facebook.
– Crew members of “Qatar Airways” should not be shown in bars, wearing working clothes, even if they want to drink a glass of water.

– Finally, employees should not chew gum, smoke, and even use their mobile phone when they wear their working outfit.
