Hundreds of refugees and immigrants participated in a protest rally marching from the refugee center to the city of Chios island.

According to local media, men, women and children carrying all their belongings cut the fences surrounding the center and without being prevented by the police, who supervise the hotspot, started marching.

The immigrants who probably are heading to port or Souda camp are accompanied by police cars and an ambulance.

The police have not intervened, but they are walking along them guiding them towards the city trying to avoid any conflicts and incidents to break out.
