Greece is second last among EU companies that use the internet to sell their products and services, according to data released by Digital Agenda Scoreboard. Bulgaria is last on the list with 5.84 percent of businesses using the internet, compared to Greece’s 6.17 percent in 2015. The EU average is not more encouraging, as it stands at 16.7 percent, with Irish businesses (32.2 percent) being the most inclined to use the web to promote and sell their products and services. 11 countries out of the EU fall below the continent’s average.
