Cameras caught 29-year-old Andrew Fox looking for the ring after he dropped it while he was being shown on the Jumbotron about to propose to his 29-year-old girlfriend Heather Terwilliger.
“Oh, look at this poor guy,” Yankees play-by-play announcer Michael Kay said.
What probably felt like an eternity, but was actually about five minutes, the ring was finally found and Andrew got down on one knee to ask Heather to marry him.
She said yes and the crowd roared.
