Newsroom August 4 08:50

Turkey breaks another taboo, since in a few days, August 5, the first gay magazine GayMag will be released.

The American famous singer Mariah Carey will be on the first cover of the magazine. Carey agreed to be the first person posing for the gay magazine and she was indeed very excited, as the managers of the magazine stated.

“We want to break all of the taboos, but step by step,” says Emir Akgün, the young editor-in-chief of GayMag adding that he has been pleased by the attention, as well as the positive responses the project caught as they were preparing the first edition.
