One of the most popular rock bands of the 2000s, “HIM” from Finland, will visit Greece for a unique concert on Friday, August 1, which will take place at Stage Volume 1 in Monastiraki, Athens.
Athens will be one of the stops of the Finnish group’s world tour on the occasion of their recent album “Tears on Tape”.

Vocalist Ville Valo, guitarist Mikko “Linde” Lindström, and bassist Mikko “Migé” Paananen formed in 1991 the band “His Infernal Majesty”. The band later changed the name to HIM, introducing their unique musical style, often referred to as “love metal” to the global audience. The band became popular very quickly, especially in Greece where it is considered one of the most beloved foreign bands.

The distinctive voice of vocalist Ville Vallo, his unique androgynous look, adored by fans, the sharp guitar riffs, songs like “Join me in Death”, “Right Here in My Arms”, “Funeral of Hearts”, together with the melancholic melodies they shared with the audience have brought “HIM” to artistic and commercial success. Their last alboum “Tears on Tape” has again brought to the foreground the band from Helsinki, winning good reviews.

The tickets pre-sale for the concert of “HIM” starts today and the price is set at €26. For those who will choose to buy their ticket at the concert, the price will be €29.

Tickets are available at: Ticket House (42 Panepistimiou Street), Reload Stores (54 Panepistimiou Street) and on the websites www.ticketpro.gr και www.tickethouse.gr.
