New Democracy MP: ENFIA is an unjust law

“Many people are frustrated about that law, and they are right to feel like that” he said

Newsroom September 10 11:49

The climate appears to be very intense among the members of New Democracy.

Speaking at MEGA TV channel today morning, the MP of New Democracy Andreas Psycharis said “ENFIA is obviously a totally unjust law, what has been said about being a just law is nonsense”.

He also added “Many people are frustrated about that law, and they are right to feel like that. This has of course affected Prime Minister’s profile. There is also a political responsibility for that”.

Mr. Psycharis also noted that New Democracy MPs want to help the government, but that could not be done without being informed and discussing the issues together.

“We should have been consulted, at least New Democracy MPs, and PASOK should have consulted its own MPs, if it wanted to. The government should have explained to us what they did so that we, who communicate with the citizens, would be able to tell the government what the citizens tell us. Therefore, we would be able to cooperate better as a party” he noted.
