A woman believed to be a British medical student who left the UK to join ISIS has posted an image on Twitter under the username Mujahidah Bint Usama showing her holding a severed head.

She was wearing a full burka and white doctor’s jacket while holding the head of a man whereas two children were standing beside her. The woman even wrote a message next to the photo saying ‘Dream job, a terrorist doc,’ followed by images of smiley faces and love hearts. She has now deleted the photo from her account, according to Sunday Telegraph.

Bint Usama, who has more than 800 followers, has previously posted photos of dead soldiers and the 9/11 terror attacks.
