Forget the inconvenience with the “scratch” cards and the anxiety of the fine from the Municipal Police. Everything, now, is done simply through your mobile phone.

The “myAthensPass” application of the Municipality of Athens frees the hands of those who visit downtown Athens and wish to park in the controlled parking zones. So, with the use of technology, you can do all the procedures online, plan your parking or even renew your stay without going to the vehicle using one of the conventional cards. Let’s see what steps you need to follow.

Installation: Browse ” myAthensPass ” in the Play Store for Android devices ( http://bit.ly/googleplayMAP ) or in the App Store for iOS devices ( http://bit.ly/appstoreMAP ) and install it on your smartphone.

Registration and login: Follow the instructions and fill in the information you will be asked to create your account.

Adding a shopping card: In the “wallet” menu, enter your bank card details (debit, credit, or prepaid).

Buy a ticket: Buy the desired amount (from 0.5 to 20 euros).

Activate parking: Locate your location on the map, select the parking time (30 ‘- 180’), enter the license plate number of your vehicle (Greek or international) without a space or a hyphen, and activate your parking.
