Russia says it destroyed Slovakian S-300 system sent to Ukraine – Slovakia rejects the report

Slovak Prime Minister Eduard Heger said the report was rejected by the Ukrainian side

Newsroom April 11 11:09

The Slovakian government has rejected reports circulated by Moscow about the destruction of part of the S-300 anti-aircraft system equipment sent to Ukraine to reinforce Ukrainian forces against the Russians.

In a statement, Slovak Prime Minister Eduard Heger, who met with Zelensky last week to formalise the S-300 mission, said: “Slovakia categorically denies Russian propaganda that the S-300 defence system sent to Ukraine has been destroyed. This is a hoax and Ukraine has officially confirmed it to us.”
