Greek women's water polo team triumph over Italy (12-9) in Euro semi-finals

The Greek women’s water polo team will meet Spain in the European Water Polo Championship final, after beating five-time champions Italy in the semi-finals in Split. Greece has moved one step closer to a first-ever Women’s European Water Polo Championship title after beating

The Greeks, who came short of the trophy three times in the past, overcame the Italian team by 12-9 in the Croatian city and will try to lift the cup on Friday night.
