SYRIZA president Stefanos Kasselakis has done a “lobster salad”, as three days after “Proto Thema” revealing article about his lobster boats, and after successive “informal updates” today, he said via instagram that he has left the company as of March 10, 2023.

However, a few days earlier, speaking to ANT1, he had admitted that he is involved in the lobster boat fishing business, stating that he has no management role but receives some dividends.

Kasselakis today states that he has been retired since March 10 last year, however, that date coincides with his dismissal from Tiptree Marine, whose subsidiary Tm Lobstering, the lobster boat company, is a subsidiary of, among others.

Until his dismissal, Mr. Kasselakis was CEO of both Tiptree Marine and its subsidiaries, namely the lobster boat company, as he states in the lawsuit he filed against its parent company Tiptree Marine in April 2023, a few days before he joined the SYRIZA State Electoral Board.

In that lawsuit, the SYRIZA chairman claimed control of 3% of Tiptree Marine, while stating that he already owned 2% of the company – hence his references to dividends, which nevertheless fall under the prohibition applicable to leaders of parliamentary parties under the SYRIZA law.

As is well known, the leaders of parties represented in parliament are prohibited from holding shares in companies based abroad – either in management or in the capital.

Following Sunday’s publication of Proto Thema and the questions addressed to Mr Kasselakis by government spokesman Pavlos Marinakis, Koumoudourou reacted with an informal briefing, which stated the following:

A …shocking discovery was made today by the government spokesman of the New Democracy, Pavlos Marinakis: He learned that the President of SYRIZA – PC, Stefanos Kasselakis is a businessman!

He was even active with lobster boats in the USA, as he had revealed a few days ago in an interview!

Of course, we are not surprised by the delay with which they perceive things in Maximou.

As it seems, their ability is limited to “covering up” how the Mitsotakis family acquired offshore companies.

If they need help, however, they are at their disposal. It is possible that Mr. Kasselakis’ lobsters, on an overseas trip, before they were fished out, had ‘met’ some of the Mitsotakis family’s offshore companies …

Interestingly, in that leak, the Kasselakis side uses a superscript – it had been active – to imply that this is over.

However, in the ANT1 interview, the SYRIZA president clearly says that he takes dividends without having a management role in the lobster boats …

The next day, the government spokesman posed new questions to the Kasselakis side – who responded with a new leak, which read as follows:

Why is there so much panic from the government spokesman Pavlos Marinakis and the Maximou?

Is it due to the fact that the president of SYRIZA Stefanos Kasselakis has already accumulated many merits from the market in competitive fields, unlike various unprofessional fireplaces that grew up with… lobster pasta and now when they rule they cover up crimes?
I guess Mr. Greenberg sees some new rolling metrics that we all see nonetheless.

Note: thanks for admitting that Stefanos Kasselakis knows how to do Tik Tok better than Kyriakos Mitsotakis
