Ariana Grande – Dalton Gomez: Their divorce is finalized – She will give him a lump sum of $1,250,000

Ariana Grande's ex-husband will also get 50% of the proceeds from the sale of their Los Angeles home

Newsroom March 20 07:40

Ariana Grande’s divorce with Dalton Gomez has been finalized, after five months.

According to court documents obtained by the Associated Press on March 19 from the Los Angeles Superior Court, the divorce proceedings have been finalized and the amount of alimony that Ariana Grande will pay to her ex-husband has been announced.

As reported, Dalton Gomez will receive a lump sum of $1,250,000 and is also entitled to 50% of the proceeds from the sale of their Los Angeles home.

However, he is not entitled to receive any alimony from Ariana Grande after their divorce. These judgments, came out as the couple had signed a prenuptial agreement that protects both their assets.

Ariana Grande and Dalton Gomez have finalized their divorce and here is their agreement:

Finally, Ariana Grande will also have to pay approximately $25,000 for Dalton Gomez’s attorney fees.

The terms of the settlement were agreed upon in October, when the divorce petition was filed, but they had to wait for the judge’s decision to take effect.

Under their settlement agreement that was secured by “Blast” last year, both parties are prohibited from publishing: “any photograph (and related negatives), film, tape, film or similar embodiments in all forms now or hereafter created or any other record or recording of any aspect of any activity in or about any home, office or other property owned.”

In addition, Gomez is prohibited from writing a revealing book about their relationship or giving any interviews about the “details of their marriage.”

Specifically, he cannot “give any interview, write, appear in connection with, or assist or cooperate in the preparation or presentation of any book, article, interview, program, or other production or publication of any kind concerning the other party.”

Grande also agreed to the restrictions and the confidentiality provision, which, as noted in the documents, “shall be fully enforceable by each party.”

The filing also explicitly states that Gomez “recognizes that (Grande’s) privacy and non-disclosure of confidential information concerning him is vital.”
