The Hellenic Telecommunications and Post Commission (EETT) announced the initiation of an auction with sealed bids for the sale of .gr domain names. These domain names are both second-level domain names as well as third-level domain names ending in .com, net.gr, org.gr and edu .gr. The list also includes the domains Whois.gr, whois.com.gr, whois.net.gr, whois.edu.gr, and whois.org.gr.

Applicants can submit binding applications by Monday, January 12, 2015. The publication of the tender document is available at http://www.eett.gr
