The leadership of SYRIZA believes that the government has lost its voters and any confidence shown by the international community, from lenders to European partners. Therefore, the current government is now forced to consider the possibility of early elections.

In this light, SYRIZA is in an election campaign mood and, thus, its leader Alexis Tsipras and executive members of the party will visit various regions of Greece to talk to citizens and attack government’s policy.

Mr. Tsipras will also meet today with President of Austria, Heinz Fischer, who is paying an official visit to Greece.
