One of the most legendary names in global music for six decades, Tom Jones had never performed live in Greece until the night of last Saturday. He finally stepped onto Greek soil, took the stage at the Sani Festival in Halkidiki, and unfurled his musical legend through songs that have made history.

At 84 years old and has lived a storied life filled with immense success, international fame, and great passions, including gambling and women, the Welsh singer with the incredible baritone “black” voice now resembles a seasoned traveler who has reached his destination and recounts the incredible adventures he has experienced.

During his concert, which attracted a large crowd, he unraveled the story of his brilliant yet tumultuous artistic journey, starting with “It’s Not Unusual,” his first hit song from 1965, just two months after its recording, as he reminded the audience. He continued by performing some of his most famous tracks from personal albums that have sold over 100 million copies, including the well-known “Sex Bomb,” “What’s New Pussycat?,” “Delilah,” and more.
