Without food and water tied up in a barrel house during the heatwave, a 37-year-old man had his dog, who was arrested by the men of the Kissamos Police Department.

The police officers after receiving a complaint went to the spot and found the miserable conditions under which the dog was living.

The man was arrested, charged with violations of the Animal Welfare Act.

The preliminary investigation is being conducted by the Kissamos Police Department.
