In inspections conducted in Rhodes from October 30 to November 1, 2024, DIMEA officials imposed fines exceeding €200,000.

Acting on gathered intelligence, the team located and confiscated thousands of imitation items, which were subsequently destroyed. The fines totaled €226,000, and two individuals were detained for violations related to forgery.

According to DIMEA representatives, “inspections are ongoing nationwide.”
