The first Athens Santa Run kicks off on Sunday, December 7. The symbolic race is being held to restore the playgrounds of Athens. To take part all you need to do is pay 10 euros and put on a santa suit!
The race starts at 11.30am and the route will be approximately 2.5K with the start and finish at the City Link (Voukourestiou & Amerikis corner). Upon paying the 10-euro registration Santa suits are given to the entrants who will then run the route.
The 1st Athens Santa Run is organized by Holmes Place in collaboration with the Spetses mini Marathon team and the City of Athens Cultural, Sport & Youth Organization (OPANDA). ING is the Gold Sponsor.
