This hour is the funeral of Antonis Lymperis who passed away at the age of 71 at the 1st Cemetery of Athens with relatives, friends, and acquaintances saying their last goodbye to the publisher who had been battling cancer for the last few years.

Later in the afternoon, the body will be taken to KAN Ritsona, where it will be cremated at 16:00. The family of the publisher has requested from the previous days, instead of wreaths, that donations be made to “ELPIDA” – Association of Friends of Children with Cancer.

“To my fighter” reads the wreath of Antonis Lyberis’ wife, Elena Makri, which is on the publisher’s coffin.
