A research conducted by Manpower appears very optimistic for the first quarter of 2015, with employers predicting an increase on recruiting. Last time that such an optimism was expressed was in the fourth quarter of 2008.
The increase is expected to reach the 8%.
Quarterly results reveal that 16% of employers expect an increase of employees, the 12% of them predict a decrease and 70% of employers do not expect any change in the existing workforce.
Following the seasonal adjustment of the data, the Net Employment Outlook formed at + 8%.
The hiring intentions remain relatively stable compared to the previous quarter and improved by three percentage points compared to the same quarter last year.
