A list of approximately 12,000 beneficiaries is included in the first payment of the guaranteed income, which is scheduled for today, although there is a possibility that the amounts will be credited after Christmas.

The first payment includes beneficiaries who have applied since November 15^th until Decemtber, and as derived from the processing of applications, the guaranteed income initially includes one in three poor households.
