Justice Minister Giorgos Floridis is expected to suspend three state forensic experts—Christina Tsakona, Angeliki Tsiola, and Sokratis Tsantiris—for public interest reasons. This follows the court’s decision to submit trial records for an investigation into potential false testimony.

Previously, the court had ruled to forward records concerning pathologist Emm. Agapitos and forensic experts Tsakona, Tsiola, Tsantiris, and Ourania Dimopoulou to the Athens Prosecutor’s Office for further inquiry.
