The airports in Athens, Mykonos and Santorini are included in the list of European airports with the highest performance as far as a rise in passenger traffic is concerned.

According to ACI Europe-Airports Council International, Greece and six more countries (Luxemburg, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Belgium, Ireland, are moving higher than the European average in 2014 as far as passenger traffic is concerned (the average being 4.9%).
