Amalia Kostopoulou has shared a glimpse of her wedding band, one month after she and her husband, Jake Medwell, took the next step in their relationship with a civil marriage in the United States

Newsroom November 15 03:02

The daughter of Petros Kostopoulos and Jenny Balatsinou posted a series of moments from October on her social media on Friday, November 14. Among them was a photo with her husband in which the couple proudly displayed their wedding rings.

“October filled my heart — and not only my heart,” Amalia wrote in the caption accompanying her post on Instagram.

Their civil wedding in the U.S.

Amalia Kostopoulou and Jake Medwell were married in a civil ceremony in the United States. The couple is planning a religious wedding in Greece in 2026.

Amalia also shared a video from the ceremony on social media, where she appears in an off-white suit, exchanging a kiss with her husband.

Their relationship and engagement

Back in February, Amalia revealed through a post that she was engaged. A few months later, in June, she celebrated with a party in Hawaii, surrounded by her family. She has mentioned that she met Jake through a mutual friend.

“Jake is the first person who loved the parts of myself I thought could never be loved. We all have weaknesses — but in the eyes of the right person, they’re met with kindness, not criticism. His love made me feel truly seen, and safe,” she said in a TikTok video about Medwell, who is active in various business ventures.
