A new action of the Ministry of Infrastructure, offers to recipients of social divident, 12 months of internet connection, as well as training on how to use computers.
The action in question will start immediately next month, in 8 regions of the country , in the areas of Eastern Macedonia and Thraki, Epirus, Thessalia, Ionian Islands, Western Greece, the Peloponnese, Crete and North Aegean.
Yesterday the General Secretary of Telecommunications -Post and Digital Convergence, Mr. Menelaos Daskalakis, announced the completion of the design of the new action for all families / households, which are beneficiaries of the social dividend.

Through simple procedures and the use of a “Digital Solidarity” coupon, provided by the cooperating companies, the recipients will have the opportunity:

-To acquire or maintain their connection to the internet for 12 months

-To obtain standard Internet access and familiarity with a PC or Tablet

-To Receive training on site in basic use of a PC and the Internet, by certified instructors of information Technologies and Communications
