It is probably…uncommon for a fisherman to find a vibrator in his nets, but it seems it’s happened! 64 year-old Norwegian Bjorn Frilund noticed a cod that seemed different to other fish in his net, since he had something “large” in his mouth.

The fisherman grabbed his knife and opened up the inside of the fish to be faced with an unexpected sight. The cod had apparently swallowed a vibrator. The fisherman, when asked about the incident, stated that he has no idea how a sex toy could be found in the mouth of the fish, but he swears it is not his.

He concludes that in all probability, the cod thought that the vibrator was a “small octopus” delicacy and ate it. For history’s sake, the cod has already been filleted and put up for sale, while the sex toy was carried home by the 64 year-old fisherman.
