A Russian ballistic missile struck port infrastructure in the city of Chornomorsk in southern Ukraine, Vice Prime Minister Oleksiy Kuleba said in a post on Telegram.
He added that one person was injured in the attack on a pier from which a Malta-flagged vessel was preparing to depart, while three cargo containers sustained damage and an oil leak was reported.
