Equity prices dropped on the Athens Stock Exchange on Wednesday, with the basic share price index down by 1.29% at 748.84 points at 11 a.m. and turnover at 6.55 million euros.

The FTSE/ASE Large Cap index for blue chip and heavily traded stocks was down by 1.28% and the FTSE/ASE Mid Cap index was down 0.64%.

The biggest gains on Individual Sector Indices were in Food & Beverages (+0.9%) and Travel & Leisure (+0.47%). The biggest losses were in Banks (-4.78%) and Financials (-2.84%).

15 of the stocks traded went up, 37 dropped and 5 remained unchanged.
