Volodymyr Zelensky said today that Ukrainian intelligence agencies believe Russian forces are preparing a new wave of airstrikes across the country.

In a video message released this evening, Zelensky warned that the attacks could begin within hours.

“Russia is preparing a barrage of strikes,” he said.

“Please pay attention to today’s air raid warnings. Available information indicates that Russia is preparing a large-scale wave of attacks.”

Russian forces have been carrying out airstrikes on Ukrainian cities, including the capital, Kyiv, primarily during nighttime hours.
