The PASOK has decided to sharply raise the tone of its confrontation with the government, calling on New Democracy to vote to lift the immunity of MPs for the full investigation of the OPEKEPE case and the Prime Minister to set up ballot boxes.

For PASOK, the rapid developments with the 11 MPs being investigated by the European Public Prosecutor’s Office are “proof” that elections must be held immediately and that, in the first instance, those mentioned in the case must be dismissed from the government.
