In a post on social media, Dendias noted, among other things: “At the center of the discussion was the announcement, within the framework of the State Partnership Program Agreement, of the partnership between Greece and the National Guard of the State of Florida.”

“I asked,” the minister continued, “the U.S. ambassador to convey my thanks to the U.S. Secretary of War, Mr. Pete Hegseth, while also highlighting her own valuable contribution to achieving this agreement.”

“Additionally, we discussed the further deepening of the strategic defense relations between Greece and the United States,” Dendias concluded.
