Special flights by Aegean and Olympic Air, the Holy Light will again this year be transported from Athens to various regions of Greece on the afternoon of Holy Saturday.

Specifically, the Holy Light is expected to arrive at the “Eleftherios Venizelos” airport of Athens from Jerusalem, with the care of the Greek government, and will then be transported, via scheduled and special flights exclusively for this purpose, to 11 destinations in Greece.
