Moments of terror were experienced by passengers in a car in Nafpaktos when, while driving, they suddenly realized that the steering wheel was not responding properly and the vehicle was struggling to turn.

They immediately pulled over to the side of the road and opened the hood to see what was happening. There they were confronted with a huge snake that had become entangled in the engine belts, causing it to get stuck and immobilize the vehicle’s mechanical system.

According to them, the snake raised itself aggressively toward them, causing panic and fear. The Fire Service was immediately called, and firefighters rushed to the scene and carefully managed to free the reptile without anyone being injured.

The snake was released back into its natural environment, while the car was taken to a workshop for inspection and necessary repairs.
