The British government will present a bill in the British parliament, today, which will outline all the terms with which the referendum on a “Brexit” will be held. This is the first bill presented by the new British government.

“Should Britain remain as a member of the EU?” This is the question that United Kingdom citizens will be called to answer. The referendum will be held, at the latest, by the end of 2017, and at the earliest, next year.
