More details are emerging about the final moments of Giorgos Mazonakis at the clinic of Elias Theodoropoulos Stem Cell in Kolonaki, where he suffered cardiac arrest while undergoing plasmapheresis.

According to information independently confirmed by ProtoThema.gr, Elias Theodoropoulos himself called the National Emergency Medical Service (EKAB) at 4:23 p.m., reporting that he was dealing with a 55-year-old man who was possibly without vital signs and that he was performing CPR on him.

When EKAB paramedics arrived at 4:26 p.m., they saw Mr. Theodoropoulos personally performing CPR on Mazonakis. They asked the clinic owner to inform them whether any medications had been administered to the patient and, if so, which ones, so that the information could be relayed to Elpis Hospital, where the singer was to be transported.

Mr. Theodoropoulos reportedly told them that he had administered a 1 mg adrenaline injection, without specifying when it had been given. Subsequently, in the presence of the paramedics, the doctor administered another injection to Giorgos Mazonakis, without achieving a return of spontaneous circulation.

Mr. Theodoropoulos himself is reportedly maintaining that he had no involvement in the incident because he was not at the clinic at the time. According to his account, he had three other appointments with patients that day and had left the clinic at the relevant time to go for lunch. He reportedly claims that he was informed about the incident while he was away from the clinic.

According to reports, the taxi driver who transported Giorgos Mazonakis to 11 Karneadou Street gave a statement to the authorities, corroborating discrepancies in the accounts given by Elias Theodoropoulos and Ioanna Gaka. The two doctors reportedly claimed that the singer arrived late for his appointment, at around 4:30 p.m. However, this appears to be contradicted by the emergency call made to EKAB at 4:21 p.m.

The taxi driver testified that he had dropped Mazonakis off outside the clinic at 1:55 p.m.
