The Greek Patriot guided-missile battery stationed in Saudi Arabia successfully engaged a ballistic missile and an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) originating from Yemen, launching a total of two missiles.

According to the briefing, the engagement took place today at 13:40 by the battery of the Hellenic Force Saudi Arabia (ELDYSA).

The action was carried out as part of ELDYSA’s participation in the international initiative’s “Integrated Air Missile Defense (IAMD) Concept” mission, which aims to support the air defense of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
