The crisis in Iraq is escalated and the turmoil in Iraq has moved closer to the capital, Baghdad. Shocking photos are published showing brutal murders and tortures.

A video also was published where a BBC journalist, Paul Wood, was caught in gunfight in Iraq.

Wood and his crew were recording a video showing the battle of Kurdish soldiers in the city Jalula against the insurgents of the Islamic State.

However, while he was describing what was happening around him, the journalist and Kurdish soldiers were attacked by snipers of ISIS and a soldier was wounded in the leg.
